CAT Grader has always been garaged/shedded since new, we purchased tractor from 2nd owner, who used machine approx ½ dozen times a year to maintain roads on 210 Acre tree farm. They purchased machine around 1970 from county in Northern Texas that used for snow removal. Prior owners indicated that tires on machine were only second set since 1977. Tires like new with 1 different.
